- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had problems with hoodlums, dogs barking, no lock on my room door. Mgr only argued. Asked for police and these young kids had no idea what to do. They let me know real fast they did not like talking to a caucasion woman. A sgt. was supposed to come by in 5 min but never did. DO NOT STAY AT THE MOTEL 6 ON VIRGINIA AVE... very scary.... no security... drugged out people in hallway and the police pick and choose what color citizen they want to serve. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On Wednesday, July 26, 2017 I call to check on the status of an inmate and the person that answered the telephone was VERY VERY RUDE!!! I felt like I was talking to one of the HOOD-GIRLS not a person that was selected to serve and protect the citizens of East Point GA. She needs to know that she is not at home and should not answer the telephone as if she's talking to one of her friends. This facility is not a facility that I would ever want to serve or protect my enemy if I had one because their the one's that seems to be the enemy. This facility is full of FECAL MATTER AND URINE in the cells where they expect the inmates to sit in with dignity. I do understand that the jail cells are not suppose to be a vacation spot however, it should not look or smell as if it is a part of the local FARM HOUSE spots. If the Police Staff is not happy with their jobs, they need to find other employment.By Audra Anderson, February 09, 2017
